VtopC is an independent student dashboard made by AIP. This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information when you use it to access VTOP-related academic data.

When you log in, VtopC processes your VTOP username, password, CAPTCHA result, session identifier, academic records, timetable, attendance, marks, exam schedule, profile details, and related dashboard data needed to provide the service. We do not track users across sessions, create behavioral profiles, or share analytics with any third party beyond what third-party services handle under their own policies.
How Information Is Stored
VTOP session data is stored temporarily in server memory. Your browser's local storage stores settings, preferences, selected semester, cached dashboard data, and session identifiers—this data never leaves your device. Login credentials may be stored in an HttpOnly cookie to support optional auto-login. All stored data can be manually cleared anytime through your browser or within the app.
How Information Is Used
Information is used solely to authenticate with VTOP, fetch your academic data, display dashboard features, calculate attendance insights, maintain session continuity, and improve your user experience. We do not use data for profiling, marketing, or any purpose beyond providing the core service.
Analytics and Cookies
VtopC may use analytics services provided by third parties like Google and Vercel for performance monitoring and educational purposes only. These services operate under their own privacy policies. Analytics data is used to understand usage patterns and improve the application, not to track individual users. You can clear all cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Notifications and Background Processes
VtopC does not send push notifications, background alerts, or maintain background processes that monitor your behavior. All notifications are displayed within the app interface only when you're actively using it.
